Super sticky floor in the stairwell on the second day like someone mopped it with juice!!! The room felt grimy with signs of superficial cleaning rather than an actual deep clean!!! Broken lamp on the table didn’t help the situation!!!

The hotel is ideally situated just 11 minutes from Chicopee Ski and Summer Resort, making it great for our family. The breakfast was a big hit with my kid, especially the cinnamon waffles. Room was clean and provided a comfortable stay for us.

My kids wished for more luggage space.
