Comfort Inn Cambridge - Highway 401

The hot breakfast had a nice variety. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling.

We truly enjoyed the location, which was comfortable and perfect down past the roundabout. What's more, it was not far from St Jacob's and Aberfoyle Antique market, dining spots in the area, and Cambridge, Ontario. The service was very good here, but we didn't find amenities. They had an early check-in.

The hotel is so incredibly friendly, the staff is nice. The location is great, just next door to Close to restaurants, and easy highway access when traveling in the area or en route to another destination - couldn't be better. Also, it's 10 minutes by car from Conestoga College. Would stay there again, a fantastic experience with amazing views.

Staff was very helpful. The location was close to amenities. Once there there were offers for extended stay or extra night that was very good value for your money.

It would have been nice to have a screen on the patio door so you could leave door open.

Greeted by a police officer on arrival. No mention by staff as to why the police were there.

There was a murder at this hotel when we stayed there!

The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, assisting me with my inquiries and providing a warm coffee in the cozy lobby. The room was clean, and I enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread.

Friendlyness of staff was extraordinary.

There were big dark stains (blood?) on the quilt of both beds. The quilts were exchanged immediately after reporting this to the front desk. Although I wonder why the quilts were put on the bed by the housekeeping staff at all, as they were definitely not to be overseen. From a hygiene point of view this is nearly scandalous.

We had a great room with two queen beds in two rooms. Also it was ground floor and we appreciated that. Loved that it was pet friendly.

The bed in the main room was not comfortable for two. Sagged in middle. When we both slept in separate beds we slept well.

Convenient parking by the hotel entrance.

need better ventilation and deodorizer for a smoking room - smoking smell in the room when we arrived was very strong

The smell of the room. There was a very strong musty mildew old smoking room smell. The smell was over powering. When they did the updates they should have gotten rid of the old drywall or something to help with the smell.
